Your satisfaction is our priority. We've designed our return policy to be as simple and transparent as possible. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.


1. Our 30-Day Return Promise

We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order. Within this period, you may return your product for a refund or store credit, depending on its condition.
To be eligible for a return, you must initiate the process within 30 days of delivery by contacting our support team.


2. Return Options & Conditions

We have two clear options for returns, based on the condition of the item:

A) Unopened & Unused Products
If your product is in its original, unopened condition with the hygiene seal intact, you are eligible for a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Shipping: FREE. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label.

B) Opened or Tested Products
We understand you may want to try the product. If the item has been opened or lightly used, you are eligible for store credit for the full purchase price.

Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your final store credit amount.


3. How to Initiate a Return

1.Contact Us: Email our Customer Care team at Hello@erae-paris.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

2.Receive Instructions: Our team will guide you through the next steps and provide you with a return shipping label if applicable.

3.Ship the Product: Securely pack the item and send it back to us using the provided instructions.

Please do not send back items without first requesting a return, as they will not be accepted.


4. Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in packaging our products, but if your order arrives damaged or defective, we will make it right.

Reporting: Please contact us at Hello@erae-paris.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. You must include your order number, a clear photo, and a short video of the damage.

Resolution: Upon verification, we will immediately ship you a free replacement of the same item. There is no need to return the damaged product.


5. Exceptions & Final Sale Items

The following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or store credit:
Gift Cards
Products purchased on sale or during a promotional event


6. Refund & Store Credit Processing

Refunds (for unopened items): Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Store Credit (for opened items): Your store credit will be issued to your email address within 3-5 business days after your return is received and inspected.
